l            2006年1月19日 -  荣获《财资》杂志 “中国最佳本地银行奖”

l            荣获《财资》杂志亚洲地区四大3A奖项

“最佳交易奖”、“最佳首次公开发行奖”、“最佳股本奖” 、“最佳发行人奖”

建行2005年12月份完成的30亿元人民币的住房抵押贷款证券化荣获“最佳本地证券化发行奖”和“最佳本地证券化安排人奖”

备注：建设银行同时荣获七项大奖，开创了《财资》杂志3A奖项的先河

 

l            Jan 19, 2006  - We were awarded “Best Domestic Bank” in Chinaby The Asset

l            We have won “The Asset Triple 3A Awards 2005”: Best Issuer, Best Deal, Best Equity, Best IPO    by The Asset

l            The 3 billion renminbi residential mortgage backed securities completed by CCB was recognized by The Asset as “Best Domestic Securitization” and “Best Arranger for Domestic Securitization”

Note: this is the first time an issuer has swept all awards in the Asia capital markets.

l            Nov13, 2006 - We were awarded The Asset Triple A Awards, “Best Domestic Bank” in China 2006, the “ Best Deal ”in Chinfor 12 months from September 30 of 2005 to September 30 of 2006

Note: it is the second time for CCB to win Best Domestic Bank in China award after 2005.

Note: the award went to "Jianyuan 2005-1 personal housing Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS)" issued by CCB in December 2005.

l            Mar 9, 2006 - We were awarded “Domestic Top Rated Custodian” for 2005 by  Global Custodian

Note: it is the second time for CCB to win this award after 2005.

l            2006年6月22日 - 建行95533客户服务中心在“2006中国十佳服务品牌”和“2005-2006中国最佳客户服务”两项评选活动中，获“2006中国十大服务品牌”、“中国最佳客户服务奖”荣誉称号

l            Nov 8, 2006, we have been short-listed in Top 100 enterprises in the Corporate Social Responsibility Survey in China. The survey was jointly organized by CCTV, Private Economic Studies Academy of Peking University and Global Entrepreneur magazine.

 

l            2006年12月14日 - 建行“速贷通” 业务在由中国中小企业协会、中国银行业协会和金融时报社联合举办的“中国中小企业融资论坛”中获“最佳中小企业融资方案奖”。

l            Jan 30, 2007, we have won “The Most Responsible Enterprise Award 2006” in the event guided by Red Cross Society of China (RCSC), the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), and the State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS), hosted by China News Weekly and the Chinese Red Cross Foundation (CRCF).

Feb 8 2007, in the “China e-Finance and e-Payment Industry Development Conference” sponsored by the China Electronic Commerce Association, we were presented “The Best Online Bank” award.

l            2007年2月17日，在由搜狐网理财频道主办的“2006年度银行网络评选”活动中，中国建设银行荣获“百姓最满意的银行服务”、“百姓最认可的银行”、“最具创新的银行”，中国建设银行龙卡获“百姓最满意的银行卡”、中国建设银行“汇得盈”外汇理财获“最受欢迎的外汇理财产品”等奖项。

Feb 17 2006 -  in “2006 Online Bank Appraisal” sponsored by Sohu Financing Column, China Construction Bank won “The Most Satisfactory Banking Service", “No. 1 Bank Recognized by the Public” and “The Most Innovative Bank” awards. Dragon card of the China Construction Bank won “The Most Satisfactory Card Recognized by the Public” and “Profit from Exchange” of the China Construction Bank won a number of awards like “The Most Popular Foreign Exchange Financing Product”, etc.

l            2007年3月6日,在中国银监会下发的《中国银监会关于表彰2006年全国银行业金融机构小企业贷款工作先进单位和先进个人的决定》中，被评为“2006年全国银行业金融机构小企业贷款工作先进单位”。

l             September 2006 – Fitch Ratings assigned the Individual ratings of China Construction Bank to ‘D’ . At the same time, Fitch also assigned China Construction Bank a Long-term foreign currency rating of ‘A-‘, Outlook positive, and a Short-term foreign currency ratting of F2.
