我所持的外卡是既有芯片又有磁条的复合卡，能否在你行ATM交易？

       答：我行ATM目前支持磁条卡交易，暂不支持纯芯片卡交易。如是复合卡，可以使用磁条部分在我行ATM进行交易。
       A: Currently, magnetic stripe card is accepted by CCB ATM, but only-chip card is not accepted for the moment. For composite card, you can use magnetic stripe for transaction on our ATM.

  我持外卡在你行ATM交易，执行什么汇率？
       How about the exchange rate if I conduct transactions with foreign-currency card on your ATM?
       答：外卡在建行ATM上取款，发卡行如何向客户扣账、以什么汇率扣账、怎么收手续费都由发卡行确定，客户如有疑问建议与发卡银行联系。
       我行作为收单行，按照交易当天VISA、万事达国际组织提供的汇率做内部记账并在第二天进行清算，此汇率和客户无关。
       A: When customer withdraws cash on CCB ATM with foreign-currency card, the card issuing bank will decide on the specific deduction manner, exchange rate of deduction and commission. Please contact card issuing bank if you have any questions. As agent bank, CCB conducts internal accounting based on exchange rate offered by VISA and MASTERCARD        international on the day of transaction and make settlement on the next day. This exchange rate has nothing to do with customers.

  外卡在建行ATM取款怎么收费？
       How about the commission for withdrawal with foreign-currency card on CCB ATM?
       答：外卡在建行ATM上取款，所有手续费由发卡银行来确定并收费，建行作为收单银行不直接向客户收取任何费用；是否收费及收费标准请与发卡银行联系。
       A: For withdrawal with foreign-currency card on CCB ATM, all commissions are decided and charged by card issuing bank. As acquiring bank, CCB does not make charges directly from customers; please contact card issuing bank for commission information (whether commission is charged and commission standard).

  我所持的外卡有8位密码，能否在你行ATM交易？
       My foreign-currency card has an 8-digit password. Is it accepted by your ATM?
       答：根据VISA和万事达组织以及中国银联的规定，建行支持密码为4-6位数字的外卡在我行ATM进行交易，如果您的密码超过6位，或者密码中含有字母，我行ATM暂不受理。
       温馨提示：如果密码为4位或5位，可在输入4位或5位密码后直接按确认键即可，无须在前面或后面加零补足6位 。
       A: According to regulations of VISA, MASTERCARD and China Banking Regulatory Commission, foreign-currency card with 4-6 digit password is accepted by our ATM. If your password is more than 6 digits, or there are letters in your password, the foreign-currency card is not accepted by CCB ATM for the moment.
Tips: For 4 or 5 digit password, you can press the button of “enter” after entering 4 or 5 digit password. It is not needed to enter zero before or after password to make up of 6 digits .

  哪些设备受理境外发行的银行卡（外卡）？支持的卡种类型？
       Which equipment accepts bankcard issued by overseas institutions (foreign-currency card)? What kind of card is accepted?
       答：我行所有ATM、CRS均受理外币卡。我行自助设备支持的外卡卡种包括VISA、PLUS、VISA Electron、MASTERCARD、CIRRUS、MAESTRO；如果客户持有的JCB和大莱卡有如上标识，也能受理；我行ATM暂不受理美国运通卡（AMERICAN EXPRESS）。
       A: All CCB ATMs and CRSs accept foreign-currency cards. CCB self-service devices accept the following foreign-currency cards: VISA, PLUS, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD, CIRRUS and MAESTRO; JCB and Diners Card with the above logos can be accepted; AMERICAN EXPRESS is not accepted by CCB ATMs for the moment .

  外卡在你行自助设备上的操作流程？
       How about the operation procedure with foreign-currency card on CCB self-service devices?
       答：外卡客户在我行ATM上取款，操作流程和国内卡操作稍有不同，主要是少了一些风险提示、多了语言选择和账户选择，具体操作流程如下：
       客户插卡——输入密码——选择操作语言（中文或英文）——选择账户类型（支票账户（Checking Account）/储蓄账户(Saving Account)/信用账户(Credit Account)/默认账户(Default Account)，客户应根据自己所持卡片的账户类型进行相应选择）——选择取款或查询（按界面提示操作）——交易成功 由于部分老设备无法系统升级，没有语言选择功能，但是我行界面上都有中英文同屏显示 。
       A: The operation procedure of withdrawal with foreign-currency card on CCB ATM is slightly different from that of Chinese card. The differences mainly lie in less risk warnings, more language options and account options. The specific operation procedures are as follows:
        Insert card---enter password---choose language (Chinese or English)---choose corresponding account (Checking Account/Saving Account/Credit Account/Default Account. Customers should choose corresponding account according to the account of his card) ---choose between withdrawal and inquiry (Please follow the instructions on screen) ---Transaction is successfully completed. As system of some old devices cannot be upgraded, there are no language options. But there are bilingual instructions (Chinese and English) on the screen of CCB self-service device .
