       答:“安全用卡”是每个持卡人应知应会的常识。要点包括: 卡片保管安全,不要将银行卡轻易交给他人,也不要在使用时让卡片脱离自己的视线。
       密码保管安全,不要采用生日、电话号码、手机号码、门牌号码及单一的容易被他人破译的数字作密码;
密码操作安全,在自助设备、POS上使用键盘输入密码时,不论身边是否有人,都要注意进行适当遮挡;特别记住,使用自助银行门禁系统无需输入密码。
       用卡环境安全,在自助设备上进行操作时注意查看插卡口、出钞口、键盘及机器其它部位没有加装或粘贴异物;ATM交易结束后,切莫随手丢弃交易流水单。
       账户信息安全,不要轻信他人提出的转账要求,防止恶意欺诈造成的资金损失;不要轻信其他虚假信息或可疑电话,更不能随意提供账户号码或密码,如被他人知道或看到后请立即修改;定期对账,一旦发现不符,应及时与银行联系。
       求助方式安全,若卡片遇吞卡、丢失、被盗或账户余额异常变动,请立即拨打我行客户服务电话95533,或持本人有效身份证件到我行网点办理领卡、挂失或查询手续。特别记住,建行自助设备的所有通知和操作提示仅在设备屏幕上告知,设备外张贴告示非银行所为,不要轻信。
       应急处理安全,在营业时间外办理交易中如感到有危险情况,可暂停操作,等待设备超时后吞卡,以免卡被不法分子抢窃,给资金造成更大的损失,次日携有效证件到网点领取吞卡。

       Safe keeping of password. Do not set easily cracked figures as your password, such as birthday, telephone number, cell phone number, doorplate number and single digits;
       Safe operation of password. When entering password via keyboard of self-service devices and POS, necessary shielding is required no matter whether there are people around you. Do remember it is not needed to enter password when using Access Control System on door of self-service banking.
       Safe operation environment. When conducting operations on self-service devices, please notice whether there are foreign bodies attached or stuck to card slot, cash box/slot, keyboard and other parts of machine; after ATM transaction is finished, do not discard transaction slip freely.
       Security of account information. To prevent fund loss due to malicious fraud, please do not easily conduct fund transfer for others. Besides, do not easily take in other false information or suspicious call and do not carelessly offer your account number or password. If they are carelessly disclosed to others, please modify them immediately. Please check your account regularly. In case of any unconformity, please contact bank immediately.
       Security of asking for help. If your card is retained, lost or stolen, or account balance is changed unusually, please immediately call CCB customer service hotline 95533 or claim for card, report the loss or make inquiries with valid ID certificate in CCB branches. Please do remember, all notices and operation instructions of CCB self-service devices are only displayed on screen. CCB never post any notices on devices.
       Security of emergency response. In sense of any dangerous conditions during transaction conducted in non-business hour, you can suspend transaction. Card will be retained in case of overtime and then you can protect your card from stealing by lawbreakers as well as yourself from bigger loss.
