CCB’s “95533” Won “China Call Centre 10-Year Achievement Award 2007”

In the recently held “Ten Years’ of Touching China Services” prize-giving ceremony, CCB’s “95533” call centre was honoured with the “China Call Centre 10-Year Achievement Award 2007”.  The selection activity leading to this award was hosted by the Customer Relation Management Committee of the China Federation of IT Promotion and was co-hosted by the Committee for Customer Contact Centre Standards (CCCS).  The purpose of the activity was to give recognition to organisations which had made outstanding achievements in the 10 years of development of China’s call centre industry.

CCB’s 95533 telephone bank was developed in the 1990s.  After years of relentless efforts, the 95533 customer service centre has seen centralisation of its operations, strengthening of its manpower, expansion of its service scope and rapidly multiplying number of transactions for its handling.  It is now a multi-functional and integrative platform featuring functions in service enquiry handling, service supervision, transaction handling, external calls and other value-added services.  It is by far the only live service-coordinating counter in CCB offering services after normal business hours.

Currently, CCB’s 95533 Customer Service Centre is capable of handling account enquiries, transfers and remittance, bill payments, stock transactions, custody of securities funds, wealth card services, foreign exchange trading, phone payments and handing over of sweepstake tax to the authorities, etc.  For enquiries, please call 95533.
