In accordance with the stipulations of the product agreement, the 3rd batch of Profit from Exchange 2008, 6-month US dollars (2008031203006001401) has been terminated in advance on June 12th 2008.  The principals and interests of this Product will be paid out in one lump sum as stipulated in the Prospectus.
