CCB Signed Business Cooperation Agreement with MCC

China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) and China Metallurgy Construction Group (MCC) signed Bank-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement and Settlement Network Cooperation Agreement on March 17 in Beijing. These Agreements indicates that the cooperation between CCB and MCC has entered a new phase in terms of the collaboration between banks and enterprises and will laid a solid foundation for the further cooperation.

President of CCB Chang Zhenming and Chairman of MCC Yang Changheng addressed the signing ceremony respectively. Chang Zhenming said that CCB is a comprehensive state-owned shareholding bank with various functions, advanced financial products and service system. CCB enjoyed a traditional cooperation relationship with metallurgy construction enterprises including MCC. CCB and MCC have conducted extensive and intensive cooperation projects for a long time and this kind of sound collaboration has played an active role for each other’s growth. After the signing of Bank-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement, both parties would establish a long-term cooperation partner relationship in the light of depending on each other, creating values for each other and developing business by each other to tap cooperation fields and achieve the continuous development hand in hand. CCB will offer MCC services such as capital management platform service, foreign exchange service, finance consultant service, housing finance service, etc.

General Manager of Corporate Department of CCB Zhu Xiaohuang and General Manager of MCC Shen Heting signed Bank-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement and Settlement Network Cooperation Agreement on behalf CCB and MCC.
