CCB Employees Li Xiangdang and Shu Jianguo Awarded ‘National Model Workers’

The 2005 National Conference of Model Workers and Advanced Workers was held in the People’s Great Hall in Beijing just before the International Labor Day May 1st. CCB Xinjiang Branch employee Li Xiangdang and CCB Sichuan Branch employee Shu Jianguo attended this Conference together with nearly 3,000 model workers and advanced workers to receive awards as ‘Model Workers and Advanced Workers’ in Beijing.

‘Decision of the State Council regarding Model Workers and Advanced Workers’ was announced in this Conference. The decision said, since the 2000 National Conference of Model Workers and Advanced Workers, a large number of employees in every walk of life have worked hard and scored great achievements. State Council, therefore, has decided to award the title of National Model Worker to 2,124 employees and the title of National Advanced Worker to 845 employees.

Li Xiangdang and Shu Jianguo were awarded ‘National Model Workers’.
