Construction Bank (CCB) Credit Card Center is directly under the
administration of the CCB Headquarters and serves as the bank¡¯s
arm of credit card business operation and management.
Shanghai Gaozhan Human Resources Services Co., Ltd.
is a government-run human resources intermediary agency with about
20 years of human resources management experiences and a strong
sense of serving the customers. Now the company recruits personnel
for jobs of credit card customer services and marketing for the
CCB Credit Card Center.
I. Basic requirements
1. The applicants should abide by laws and regulations
and have no bad record;
2. The applicants should be below 35 years old, which can be relaxed
in case that the applicants have similar working experiences;
3. The applicants with an educational background of technical
secondary school should have social working experiences especially
in the tertiary industry over 5 years and those with an educational
background of junior college should have social working experience
especially in the tertiary industry over 3 years;
4. Speaking fluent mandarin with clear pronunciation;
5. Strong ideation and capacity of oral communications;
6. Certain skills of computer operation;
7. Being healthy and capable of adapting to the jobs;
9. Working experiences of customer services, marketing or sales
and other jobs of economic services in financial institutions
or other tertiary industry;
10. Registered permanent residence in urban area of Shanghai.
II. Customer service agents
1. CCB credit card service telephone customer services
2. 200 applicants will be recruited
3. Qualifications:
(1) Capable of working 24 hours 7 days a week;
(2) Strong English speaking and listening capacity and under the
same conditions preference will be given to the applicants speaking
Cantonese, Minnan and Sichuan dialects;
(3) Applicants with working experiences of bank counter services
or providing telephone services in the tertiary industry will
be given preference under the same conditions.
III. Marketing agents
1. CCB credit card marketing in Shanghai
2. 50 applicants will be recruited
3. Qualifications:
(1) Extraversive character and strong PR and communications capacities;
(2) On the same conditions applicants with sales or marketing
experiences in the financial institutions or other industries
will be given preference.
IV. Labor management
The labor relations will be put in Shanghai Gaozhan
Human Resources Services Co., Ltd. and the recruited will work
for the CCB Credit Card Center. The CCB Credit Card Center signs
the work contract with Shanghai Gaozhan Human Resources Services
Co., Ltd. which will sign the labor contract with, complete related
procedures, open the social insurance accounts and pay social
insurance premium for the recruited. CCB pays the management expenses
to Shanghai Gaozhan Human Resources Services Co., Ltd. and the
part of employee social insurance premium which should be paid
by the employer and as entrusted by Shanghai Gaozhan Human Resources
Services Co., Ltd. distributes salary, allowance and bonus to
the employees dispatched to CCB.
