Enjoys Rapid Growth of E-Banking
In recent years, China Construction
Bank Corporation (CCB) has made the E-banking service as a major
sustainable strategic business to develop and push. And E-banking
has maintained a rapid and robust growth trend. By the end of
July, the number of E-banking customers throughout CCB has reached
26,040,000, with increase of 10,850,000 new clients in this year,
completed transaction amount of 176,280,000 and transaction volume
of RMB 5,021.8 billion.
Reportedly, CCB E-banking has its own
unique advantages in terms of its functions and services and has
become a major channel for customers to conduct daily transactions.
This helps CCB save tremendous internal resources. At present,
the transaction volume of E-banking equals to the transaction
volume of 1,399 outlets, accounting 9.5% of transaction volume
of CCB outlets.
This year, CCB sticks to the customer-focused
concept to develop its business in a rapid manner and takes E-banking
as a major strategic business to develop. CCB always insists on
the thought of market-oriented and brand creation to provide better
services and establish the E-banking brand, namely E-Route. CCB
also at the right time, say the New Year¡¯s Day, Spring Festival
and Labor Day, conducts marketing and promotion activities, which
have already assist CCB to increase customers and transaction
volume. CCB continuously improves and strengthens the establishment
of E-banking channels and offers quality services to clients.
So far, CCB has already built up Call Center system throughout
30 CCB outlets. And there are another 8 outlets that have provided
cell phone banking services. The cell phone banking can offer
services including enquiry, service monitoring, transaction disposal,
and operator services after 8 working hours. VIP customers system
has already been updated and passed the examination of competent
authorities. By the end of this July, the VIP customers of VIP
customers system has reached 375, and securities & treasury
bank custody system has developed 980,000 customers.
