1、Requirements
1. You must have opened a password-protected account in your own
name. This account
may be a savings card account, credit card account, demand deposit
account, or term deposit account.
2、You must present valid identification, which you have used to open
the aforementioned account.
It could be resident identification, passport, or military
officer certificate.
3. Your browser must be IE5.0 (NETSCAPE COMMUNICATOR4.0) or a higher
version.

3、Adding
an account.
Method 1. Log on to
online banking, and click on “add an account” under “account management.” There you can add a non-contract account.
Then you can access your account, transfer accounts, or report
your loss. You can make it a contract account by signing an agreement
at a CCB outlet.
Method 2: If you are a user of the professional version, you may
bring your valid identification and bankbook (card) to a CCB outlet
and add an account. After
that, you may log on to online banking, click on “add a new account”
under “account management,” add the account, and “confirm you contract.” Then you may access your account, transfer accounts, or use
online remittance express.
4、Cancellation
Method 1: Log
on to online banking, click on “account set-up” under “account management,”
and delete all your accounts.
By deleting all account information, you cancel your online
banking services. If you want to use online banking in the
future, you will need to apply for a new online banking account.
Method 2: If
you lose your certificate, or forget your online banking password,
you may log on to the CCB website, click on “online banking—terminate
online services,” provide a password-protected CCB account in your
name (which does not have to be the one you have registered for
online banking), and enter the password.
After the password is verified, you will automatically enter
the account cancellation page. If you delete all your account information,
the system cancels your account.
