Job description:

• Holistic Operations Governance: Assume comprehensive command over the daily counter and back-office operations. Spearhead the formulation, continuous revision, and implementation of operational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless workflow and regulatory compliance.
• Product & System Optimization: Lead rigorous R&D initiatives for cutting-edge domestic and international settlement products. Direct system requirement analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parameter configuration, and overarching authorization protocols for core banking systems.
• Business Partnering & Expansion: Synergize strategically with Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive market penetration. Provide profound technical support in pitching complex cross-border settlement solutions, while aggressively promoting digital channels (E-banking, automated payroll services) to institutional clientele.
• Strategic Planning & Performance Mastermind: Formulate the branch’s annual comprehensive master operating plan. Design, deploy, and monitor sophisticated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) appraisal matrices, cascading strategic targets down to all functional departments.
• ALM & Capital Efficiency Leadership: Direct deep-dive analytical diagnostics of the branch’s operational health. Take lead accountability in Asset and Liability Management (ALM), actively monitoring Capital Adequacy Ratios (CAR) and optimizing capital deployment efficiency under Basel guidelines and state policies.
• FX Policy Enforcement: Serve as the chief authority on Foreign Exchange (FX) policy management, mitigating cross-border transaction risks in strict alignment with both Vietnamese macro-financial regulations and CCB Head Office directives.

Requirements:

• Must possesses a highly diversified and elite academic background to understand multiple global financial markets. Specifically requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering or related quantitative fields from a recognized well-known university in China (to possess the foundational logic for core banking system configurations).
• Master’s Degree in foreign university is mandatory: Master's degree in Finance/Economics or Business/Banking (to navigate the complex multi-currency settlement frameworks across Asian, European, and Oceanian financial corridors).

• Minimum 5+ year hands-on experience in banking operations, ALM and international settlement within large-scale financial institutions.
• Be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese skills for internal communication, international partners.
• Profoundly understanding China's foreign exchange regulatory mechanisms, paired with exceptional analytical skills for banking systems UAT and parameter maintenance.

Working period: expected November 02, 2026 – October 31, 2028. Any changes (if any) of the working period will be discussed during the interview.

Benefits:

• Salary: 80,000,000 VND/month (negotiable)
