New CCB Banking Services Sets Palm-banking Trends

To meet the needs of its mobile-phone banking customers, CCB has recently launched such appealing services as inter-mobile phone transfers and topping up of "QQ" coins (a virtual currency issued by Tencent, China’s largest instant-messaging service provider).  By expanding the functions of its mobile-phone banking channel, CCB is in fact offering a more voguish and more convenient financial tool to its customers.

The new inter-mobile phone transfer service, which allows transfer of funds among mobile-phone banking customers, is made possible by bundling up each mobile phone number with a particular bank account.  This service only requires a customer to key in the mobile phone number of the recipient without having to know the number of the receiving account.  As long the recipient is a registered CCB mobile-phone banking customer, the fund transfer would be easily effected.  This service helps to increase the efficiency of fund transfers and is particularly suitable for customers who are reluctant to disclose their account numbers.  Meanwhile, the QQ-coin topping up service launched by CCB offers an additional top-up channel for trendy “QQ” (Tencent’s instant-messaging service) users.  To top up QQ coins in any QQ account anywhere at any time, all it requires is that a customer log on to CCB’s mobile-phone banking service channel, choose a topping-up account, then key in a QQ number and the top-up amount.  This way, QQ users can fully enjoy the convenience brought about by mobile-phone banking and instant-message to their hearts’ content.

By launching such innovative mobile-phone banking services, CCB is endeavouring as always to provide its customers with the most comprehensive, secured and convenient services, while further strengthening its position as a leading mobile-phone banking service provider.
