1.    Positions Available and Qualifications

1.1      Senior Management Position in Marketing Planning: 1

Responsibilities: Formulation of credit card brand name strategies and advertising placement tactics; drawing up and implementation of marketing plans; drawing up and implementation of customer loyalty plans; product management and partnership relationship management.

Qualifications: Minimum seven years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing management or four years of hands-on experience in credit card marketing management; proficient in sales and marketing planning, brand advertising; strong in networking, organising, sales and business development; strong in business, product and synthetic analysis skills; good language and communication skills, particularly strong in coordinating and team building; graduate in finance, management, marketing or related subjects; grade six or above in university English.

1.2      Senior Management Position in Direct Selling: 1

Responsibilities: Drawing up of company-wide development programme and annual plans for credit card direct selling and direct selling teams; setting up of direct selling system and operating processes; organise and realise direct selling business throughout the bank; provide training and guidance in credit card direct selling throughout the bank; management of direct selling teams.

Qualifications: Minimum seven years of  hands-on experience in sales channel management or four years of hands-on experience in credit card sales; strong in networking, organising, sales and business development; strong in business, product and synthetic analysis skills, good language and communication skills, particularly strong in coordinating and team building; graduate in finance, management, marketing or related subjects; grade six or above in university English.

1.3      Product Development: 10 vacancies

Responsibilities: Drawing up of company-wide programme and annual plans for product development; research and development of new products; analysis and management of product innovation; management of product development coordination; research and formulating of product development programmes; drafting of business process manuals of products.

Qualifications: Minimum four years of R&D experience in credit cards or related products; familiar with development processes of financial products; superior market data analysis skills; outstanding negotiation skills and affinity; superior coordination and team-building skills; good writing skills; graduate in computer studies, finance, management, marketing or related subjects; grade six or above in university English.


1.4      Product Management: 3 vacancies

Responsibilities: Setting up and improvement of product management systems; product analysis and assessment; formulating and implementing product plans; management of product processes; design of product manuals and related materials.

Qualifications: Minimum four years of experience in management of credit cards or related products; possessing sales and marketing knowledge and product planning capabilities; hands-on experience and skills in product promotion; superior coordination and team-building skills; strong writing skills; graduate in finance, management, marketing or related subjects; grade six or above in university English.

1.5      Alliance & Partner Product Sales: 3 vacancies

Responsibilities: Winning over of selling rights of alliance products; maintenance of alliance relationship; carrying out of design, promotion, maintenance and training related to alliance products.

Qualifications: Minimum four years of related experience and familiar with development processes of financial products; good public relations capabilities, outstanding negotiation skills and affinity; possession of all-round sales and marketing knowledge and outstanding product planning ability, well experienced and highly skilled in product promotion; superior coordination and team-building skills; strong writing skills; graduate in finance, management, marketing or related subjects; grade six or above in university English; priority will be given to applicants with experience in managing public sector clients.

1.6      Branding/Promotion & Advertising: 1

Responsibilities: Formulation of credit card branding strategies; drawing up of annual advertisement placing schedules; management of advertising agencies; management of design of credit cards, advertisements, promotion materials and basic information; management of design and production of advertisement and promotional copies; maintenance and renewal of everyday advertising channels; assessment of advertising effectiveness and input-output efficiencies.

Qualifications: Minimum four years of related hands-on experience in brand managing, advertising, media, etc; superior artistic and verbal abilities; superior ability in communication, coordination and working in teams; graduate in art, finance, management, marketing or related subjects; grade six or above in university English.

1.7      Promotion Planning: 2 vacancies

Responsibilities: Drawing up and implementation of annual credit card marketing plans; drawing up and implementation of customer loyalty plans; providing guidance and facilitation to departments involved in carrying out promotional activities; carrying out post-promotional assessment and evaluation.

Qualifications: Minimum four years of related experience in marketing planning of financial products or fast moving consumer goods; outstanding negotiation skills and good planning and implementation skills; superior ability in coordination and working in teams; graduate in finance, management, marketing or related subjects; grade six or above in university English.

1.8      Direct Sales Team Management: 2 vacancies

Responsibilities: Breaking down of credit card issuing and promotion plans into a number of stages; facilitating and realising card issuing duties; daily management of direct sales teams and provision of sales training.

Qualifications: Minimum four years of hands-on sales team management experience; superior management, coordination and interpersonal skills; good public relations and business development abilities; strong verbal skills; able to work under pressure to meet targets.

1.9      Senior Management Position for Merchant Acquiring Business: 1

Responsibilities: Drawing up of strategic plans and operating plans for merchant acquiring business; formulating and improving management processes, rules and regulations and operational codes of the merchant acquiring business; initiating specific development, promotion and optimisation of products for merchant acquiring business.

Qualifications: Minimum seven years of related experience; of which at least three must be in management position; conversant in credit card and merchant acquiring business; superior communication, coordination and management skills; good team building abilities; good overall verbal and writing skills.

1.10    Senior Management Position for Instalment Payment Business: 1

Responsibilities: Drawing up of strategic plans and operating plans for instalment payment business; formulating and improving management processes, rules and regulations and operational codes for the instalment payment business; initiating specific development, promotion and optimisation of instalment payment business systems, development of credit card instalment consumption credit business.

Qualifications: Minimum seven years of related experience; of which at least three must be in management position; conversant in credit card and personal consumption credit business; superior communication, coordination and management skills; good team building abilities; good overall verbal and writing skills.

1.11    Senior Position in Risk Management: 1

Responsibilities: Management of the standardised operational process for credit examination for credit card applications; company-wide management of credit card authorisation limits and training, appraisal and management of authorising personnel; organising and establishing a credit card authorisation centre; responsible for providing management, guidance, supervision and inspection of the credit card authorisation centre.

Qualifications: Good organisation and coordination skills with a minimum of three years of experience in managing a department; conversant in policies, laws and regulations related to finance and credits and possesses authorisation experience in personal loans or credit card business; superior overall verbal and writing skills.


1.12    Risk & Fraud Management: 3 vacancies

Responsibilities: Management of advanced warnings of risks in existing credit card accounts; analysis and prediction of credit card composite risks; management of anti-credit card money laundering.

Qualifications: Graduates in mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science or related subjects; proficient in the use of business analytics software such as SAS, etc.; conversant in financial policies, laws and regulations; experience in personal banking business or risk management and control; superior analytical, judgmental and problem solving skills; good overall verbal and writing skills.

1.13    Senior Positions in Customer Service Management: 3 vacancies

Responsibilities: Drawing up of development programme for customer services; management of daily operations in the Customer Service Operating Centre; providing leadership for customer service teams in achieving KPIs for customer service; responsible for performance appraisal and recruitment management for personnel in the Operating Centre; programme planning, team building and implementation organising related to customer services.

Qualifications: Minimum eight years of related experience; of which at least three must be in management position; conversant in credit card and personal banking business; superior communication, coordination and management skills; good team building abilities; good overall verbal and writing skills.

1.14    Customer Service Operations Management: 5 vacancies

Responsibilities: Setting of performance indicators, appraising and management of daily operations in the Customer Service Operating Centre; establishment and management of customer service processes, management of knowledge base and operations; management of customer needs; coordinating operational management of different customer service branch organisations; establishing and managing subordinate teams.

Qualifications: Minimum six years of related experience; conversant in credit card and personal banking business; good overall verbal and writing skills; superior communication, coordination and management skills; strong in team work; priority will be given to applicants with call centre management experience.

1.15    Customer Service Training: 1

Responsibilities: Development of customer service training system and management of training quality; design of training programmes, drawing up of training schedules and drafting of training materials; develop trainers for customer service training and management of such personnel.

Qualifications: Minimum six years of training experience; conversant in credit card and personal banking business; good overall verbal and writing skills; superior communication, coordination and management skills; strong in team work; priority will be given to applicants with call centre management experience.


1.16    Customer Service Quality Management: 1

Responsibilities: Quality management of credit card customer services; conduct customer satisfaction surveys and draft survey reports; carry out inspections and checks on conformity of customer service operations; management of customer complaints.

Qualifications: Minimum six years of Quality Management experience; conversant in credit card and personal banking business; good composite verbal and writing skills; superior communication, coordination and management skills; strong in team work; priority will be given to applicants with call centre management experience.

1.17    Network Management: 1

Responsibilities: Planning, designing, configuration and reengineering of corporate network; network monitoring and maintenance of equipment therein.

Qualifications: Graduate in computer studies or related subjects; grade four or above in university English; minimum five years of experience in network planning, designing, implementation and maintenance; familiar with various network theories and the installation, testing, debugging and maintenance of network hardware; proficient in the installation, configuration and management of common network software; priority will be given to Cisco certificated applicants.

1.18    Software Development: 3 vacancies

Responsibilities: Analysis of credit card business needs; management of software development, testing and maintenance

Qualifications: Age 30 or below; graduate in computer studies or related subjects; grade four or above in university English; minimum three years of experience in software development; familiar with mainstream database technologies; proficient in the use of SQL, C++ or Java; familiar with Java application servers; priority will be given to applicants with development experience related to credit card business.

1.19    Senior Management Position in Data Analysis: 1

Responsibilities: Planning, establishing and managing of database systems; drawing up of rules and regulations, administration procedures and operating guidelines in database management; organising and initiating credit card data analysis and providing data analysis support; management of database model design and customer partitioning.

Qualifications: Minimum seven years of experience in credit card business, of which a minimum of three must be in data analysis; graduate in computer studies, mathematical statistics, applied mathematics, economics, finance or related subjects; priorities will be given to applicants with experience in the establishment, application and management of database.


1.20    Data Analysts: 14 vacancies

Qualifications: Design and development of credit card database models; analysis of customer partitioning, analysis and calculation of customer and product earnings; management and maintenance of database systems; management of data dictionary and metadata; providing definition and design of statements and analysis; providing data analysis training for service personnel.

Qualifications: Graduate in computer studies, mathematical statistics, applied mathematics, economics, finance or related subjects; proficient in the design of SAS and SAL programmes; professional knowledge in mathematical statistics and data mining; minimum three years of related experience with banks; priorities will be given to applicants with experience in developing models for credit ratings in personal consumption.

1.21    Training Management: 1

Responsibilities: Conduct surveys on training needs; carry out course development and formulating, organising, implementation and management of training programmes.

Qualifications: Knowledge of basic scope of human resources management and work processes; minimum four years hands-on experience in managing training for the financial industry and proficient in processes related to training; superior speech delivering, presentation and negotiation skills; superior overall writing skills and abilities in communication and coordination.

1.22    Remuneration Management: 1

Responsibilities: Establishment of systems and planning of programmes related to remuneration and fringe benefits, ensuring management of daily operations.

Qualifications: Knowledge of basic scope of human resources management and work processes; conversant in national and local remuneration and fringe benefit policies; minimum four years hands-on experience in managing remuneration and fringe benefits in the financial industry and proficient in processes related to remuneration management; basic understanding of database software; superior overall writing skills and abilities in statistical analysis, communication and coordination.

2.    Basic Requirements

2.1      Full-time university graduates or above;

2.2     Good communication, coordination, verbal and writing skills, strong team-working abilities;

2.3     Age basically not older than 35; for senior positions, age basically not older than 40;

2.4     Residents registered in cities and towns in the Shanghai Municipality.
