Mr. Zhang Jinliang, President, Mr. Zhang has served as president of the Bank since May 2022. From October 2003 to January 2016, Mr. Zhang served successively as deputy general manager of Finance and Accounting Department, head of IT Blueprint Implementation Office, general manager of Financial Management Department, general manager of Beijing Branch, executive director and executive vice president of Bank of China. From January 2016 to August 2018, Mr. Zhang was executive director of China Everbright Group and executive director and president of China Everbright Bank. From August 2018 to April 2022, Mr. Zhang served as director and president of China Post Group Corporation Limited (previously China Post Group Corporation) and concurrently served as chairman of Postal Savings Bank of China from May 2019. Mr. Zhang is a Certified Public Accountant and Senior Accountant. Mr. Zhang obtained a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Xiamen University in 1997.

 

Mr. Cui Yong, Executive vice president , Mr. Cui has served as executive vice president of the Bank since August 2022. Mr. Cui was executive vice president of Agricultural Bank of China from May 2019 to August 2022. Mr. Cui served in various positions in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, including deputy general manager of the first corporate business department of the head office, deputy general manager of Qingdao Branch, general manager of Xiamen Branch, deputy general manager of Beijing Branch and general manager of the corporate banking department of the head office. Mr. Cui consecutively worked with the Ministry of Transport and the National Development and Reform Commission. He previously held concurrent posts as secretary general of the Syndications Committee of the China Banking Association, an expert of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, executive vice president of the Payment & Clearing Association of China, director of China UnionPay and supervisor of UnionPay International. Mr. Cui is a senior economist and received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Xi’an Highway Institute.

 

Mr. Ji Zhihong, Executive vice president, Mr. Ji has served as executive vice president of the Bank since August 2019. Mr. Ji was Director-generalof the Financial Market Department of People’s Bank of China (the “PBC”) from August 2013 to May 2019, during which Mr. Ji was concurrently Director of the Financial Market Management Department of the PBC Shanghai Head Office from August 2013 to May 2016. From September 2012 to August 2013, Mr, Ji was Director-general of the Research Bureauof the PBC. From April 2010 to September 2012, Mr. Ji was Deputy Director-general of the Monetary Policy Department of the PBC. From February 2008 to April 2010, Mr. Ji was Deputy Director (Deputy Director-general Level) of the Open Market Operations Department of the PBC Shanghai Head Office. Mr. Ji Zhihong is a Researcher. He graduated from the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University (formerly known as the Graduate School of the PBC Head Office) with a master’s degree in International Finance in 1995 and obtained a PhD degree in Economics from the Major of National Economics of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2005.

 

Mr. Li Yun, Executive vice president, Mr. Li has served as executive vice president of the Bank since November 2021. Mr. Li was general manager of Guizhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (“ABC”) from November 2017 to August 2021, head of Guizhou Branch of ABC from July 2017 to November 2017, general manager of the Asset and Liability Management Department/Sannong Capital and Fund Management Center of ABC from May 2015 to July 2017, deputy general manager in charge of work of the Strategic Planning Department of ABC from April 2014 to May 2015, deputy general manager of the Strategic Planning Department of ABC from May 2011 to April 2014, deputy general manager of the Strategic Management Department of ABC from December 2010 to May 2011. Mr. Li worked at the Research Office and the Office of the Board of Directors/Office of the Joint-Stock System Reform Leading Group of Agricultural Bank of China from July 2000 to December 2010 successively. Mr. Li is a senior economist with special grants by the PRC government. Mr. Li graduated from Wuhan University with a master’s degree in Currency and Banking in September 1997 and obtained a PhD in World Economics from the same university in July 2000.

 

Mr. Wang Bing, Executive vice president, Mr. Wang has served as executive vice president of the Bank since March 2023. Mr. Wang has served concurrently as chairman of CCB Asia since March 2023. Mr. Wang served as deputy chief executive of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited from December 2018 to December 2022, during which he also concurrently served as director and chairman of BOCI-Prudential Trustee Limited as well as BOC Group Trustee Company Limited, and director of BOC Group Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Wang served as general manager of Jiangsu Branch of the BOC from July 2015 to October 2018, general manager of Ningbo Branch of BOC from July 2014 to July 2015, deputy general manager of Jiangsu Branch of BOC from January 2011 to July 2014, and assistant general manager of Jiangsu Branch of BOC from April 2009 to January 2011. Mr. Wang is an economist. He graduated from Soochow University with a master’s degree in English Language and Literature in 1996. He also obtained an MBA degree from City University of London in the UK in 2007.

 

Mr. Li Min, Executive vice president, Mr. Li has served as executive vice president of the Bank since September 2023. Mr. Li has served as general manager of the human resources department of the Bank since August 2019, concurrently as non-executive director of China Construction Bank (Asia) since April 2021; from July 2019 to December 2022, he concurrently served as executive vice president of CCB Learning Centre; from April 2017 to August 2019, he served as general manager of Hebei Branch of the Bank; from September 2012 to February 2017, he served as deputy general manager of Guangdong Branch of the Bank; from May 2010 to June 2012, he served as assistant general manager of Guangdong Branch of the Bank. From July 1993 to May 2010, Mr. Li successively worked in Dongguan Branch, and the planning and finance department, the executive office, Guangzhou Yuexiu Sub-branch and the human resources department of Guangdong Branch of the Bank. Mr. Li is a senior accountant. He graduated from Wuhan University majoring in finance in June 2002 with a master’s degree in economics; he graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University majoring in audit in July 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

 

Mr. Hu Changmiao, Secretary to the Board, Mr. Hu has served as Secretary to the Board of the Bank since May 2019. Mr. Hu has served as general manager of the Board Office of the Bank since December 2018. He served as the chairman of CCB Financial Leasing Corporation Ltd. from August 2016 to December 2018, general manager of Guangxi Branch of the Bank from February 2012 to August 2016, general manager of Public Relations & Corporate Culture Department of the Bank from March 2006 to February 2012, and deputy general manager in charge of the overall management of the Board Office of the Bank from June 2005 to March 2006. He served as deputy general manager of the Executive Office of the Bank from December 2004 to June 2005, deputy general manager of Credit Card Centre of the Bank from March 2003 to December 2004, and deputy general manager of Retail Banking Department of the Bank from July 2001 to March 2003. Mr. Hu is a senior economist. He graduated from the economic geography major of Peking University with a master’s degree in science in 1986.

 

Mr. Jin Panshi, Chief Information Officer, Mr. Jin has served as Chief Information Officer of the Bank since March 2021. Mr. Jin has served as Information Controller of the Bank since February 2018. He served as general manager of the information technology management department of the Bank from January 2010 to February 2018, general manager of the audit department of the Bank from December 2007 to January 2010, deputy director of the Board of Supervisors Office from November 2004 to December 2007, supervisor of the Bank from October 2004 to November 2016, and deputy general manager of the audit department of the Bank from June 2001 to October 2004. Mr. Jin is a senior engineer and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He graduated from Jilin University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in computer application in 1986 and 1989 respectively, and obtained an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University in 2010.

 

Mr. Cheng Yuanguo, Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Cheng has served as Chief Risk Officer of the Bank since April 2021. Mr. Cheng has served as general manager of the corporate business department of the Bank since February 2017. He served as head and general manager of Hebei Branch of the Bank from July 2014 to February 2017, general manager of the group clients department (the banking business department) of the Bank from March 2011 to July 2014, deputy general manager of the group clients department (the banking business department) of the Bank from May 2005 to March 2011 and deputy general manager of the banking business department of the Bank from September 2001 to May 2005. Mr. Cheng concurrently served as supervisor of the Bank from May 2018 to March 2021, chairman of CCB Trust Co., Ltd. from August 2017 to July 2018, and director of CCB International (Holdings) Limited from September 2010 to October 2015. Mr. Cheng is a senior accountant. Mr. Cheng graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in infrastructure finance and credit in 1986.

 

Mr. Sheng Liurong, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sheng has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank since November 2022. Mr. Sheng has served as general manager of the asset and liability management department of the Bank since March 2020. Mr. Sheng was head and general manager of the financial markets department of the Bank from September 2017 to March 2020, general manager of Xiamen Branch of the Bank from July 2014 to September 2017. Mr. Sheng served as deputy general manager of Xiamen Branch of the Bank from October 2003 to July 2014 and during that period, he served as head of the preparation group of Chile Branch of the Bank from May 2013 to July 2014. Mr. Sheng is a senior economist. He graduated from Xiamen University with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 1986 and a master’s degree in monetary banking in 1988; and obtained a doctor’s degree in economics from Xiamen University in 1997.
